✅ TERMS & CONDITIONS – 9+ Chemicals Dealer Dhamaka Lucky Draw 2025–26

1. A minimum order value of ₹2,00,000 is required to be eligible for the Lucky Draw entry.

2. The scheme is valid only for the first 100 registered dealers on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Each dealer completing the qualifying purchase will receive one Lucky Draw entry.

4. Orders must be placed within the scheme period announced by 9+ Chemicals.

5. Taxes, insurance, registration, and delivery charges of prizes (such as vehicles) shall be borne by the winning dealer.

6. Prizes shown in the creatives are indicative; models, colors, or variants may vary as per availability.

7. Lucky Draw will be conducted transparently in the presence of company representatives, and the winner list will be final.

8. An assured gift worth ₹30,000 will be provided only after the qualifying order is fully invoiced and dispatched.

9. Scheme benefits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other running scheme.

10. The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the scheme at any time without prior notice.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of 9+ Chemicals management will be final and binding.

12. Dealers must ensure accurate GST and KYC details for prize claim and documentation.

13. Participation in the scheme implies acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
